กาแฟเมล็ดออร์แกนิก Perform Functional Mushroom คั่วปานกลาง

I was skeptical about mushroom coffee but the flavor here won me over — no earthy weirdness, just a clean, balanced cup. Two weeks in and my usual 3pm slump is noticeably milder.

The medium roast is genuinely smooth with no bitter aftertaste, and the whole beans grind beautifully for my morning pour-over. I’ve noticed a steadier energy kick that lasts past lunch, which is exactly what I was hoping for from the functional ingredients.

I was a little skeptical about the whole functional mushroom thing, but I grind these beans every morning and the earthy note actually makes the smooth medium roast feel richer. It’s become my favorite part of the daily routine.
