Matcha instant latte, enstaka portioner

I keep a few of these singles in my desk drawer for the 3pm slump, and they actually whisk up smooth with just a splash of hot water. Nice that each packet has calcium and vitamin C too, so it feels like less of a junk drink than my usual afternoon soda.

The single packets dissolve in cold water without clumping, which surprised me since most instant matcha I've tried gets chalky. I keep a few in my bag for afternoons when I want something creamy without running to a cafe.

The little packets have saved my mornings—just hot water and a quick whisk, and I’ve got a creamy matcha latte that tastes like a café order. It’s a nice bonus knowing I’m getting some calcium and iron with my caffeine fix.
