I was skeptical about mushroom coffee but this actually tastes like real coffee, not earthy or weird at all. The Peruvian beans give it a nice smooth medium roast flavor, and I've swapped my afternoon cup for this without missing the caffeine crash.

The medium roast is smooth enough that I don't need creamer, which says a lot since I usually drown my coffee. Knowing it's single-origin Peruvian beans plus the mushroom blend makes my 6am cup feel a little less guilty.
