Maca-pikakahvi

The maca gives this a slightly earthy taste that I actually prefer over plain vanilla lattes now. It dissolves cleanly in hot water with no clumps, and the MCTs seem to keep me going through my mid-morning slump without the jittery feeling I get from coffee.

I was skeptical about maca in my morning coffee, but this actually blends smooth with no chalky aftertaste. The MCTs seem to be doing something too, because I'm not crashing at 3pm like I usually do.

I’ve been adding this to my afternoon coffee routine, and the maca gives me a nice steady lift without the jittery crash I used to get. The MCTs make it creamy enough that I don’t even miss the milk I usually stir in.
